First 6 weeks This is the hardest part, although it is the best time to get the fastest results. Habits are not formed and relapses happen. What's Offered: - Nutritional guidance - Official measurements - Customized exercise program - Unlimited class access - Accountability - Encouragement - Rapid Results Weeks 6-12 Results are seen, habits are formed, and your mind & body should have momentum at this point. What Happens: -All the above features - Metabolic momentum - Nutritional programs geared towards permanent lifestyle change -Solidifying habits Weeks 12-24 For some goals are met, for others we're still moving along. Regardless, at this point, we will be starting to dive into more advanced training.
