Box & Burn

Our boxing class consists of three segments designed to get the most bang for your buck!

​Boxing- Work your arms and core with a variety of punches using the Boxmaster.

Weight Training- Strengthen and tone your muscles with free weights. Weight training is separated into upper body and lower body days.

Cardio/Core- "Feel the burn" and strengthen your core with circuit training.
TABATA
20 seconds on, 20 seconds, next move! Tabata is a form of interval training that allows you to go at a fast pace (if you can).

Broken into 4 segments, clients burn up to 500 calories in 30 mins (warm up included).

Boxing Gloves (box and Burn)

Boxing gloves are provided, however if you do purchase your own, 12 ounce gloves are preferred.
