Box & BurnOur boxing class consists of three segments designed to get the most bang for your buck!
Boxing- Work your arms and core with a variety of punches using the Boxmaster. Weight Training- Strengthen and tone your muscles with free weights. Weight training is separated into upper body and lower body days. Cardio/Core- "Feel the burn" and strengthen your core with circuit training. TABATA
20 seconds on, 10 seconds rest, next move! Tabata is a form of interval training that allows you to go at a fast pace (if you can).
Broken into 4 segments, clients burn up to 500 calories in 30 mins (warm up included). Got Questions??? |

Boxing Gloves (box and Burn)Boxing gloves are provided, however if you do purchase your own, 12 ounce gloves are preferred.
